Staff was great but food was poor and didn’t get what I ordered.Annia the firecracker was awesome. Courtney on Courtside is the only way to go.
The place is so clean and nice. Not a smell. I’m happy I made the right decision in placing my family member here.
My grandma loved everything about the place. She was so please with the nurses. Courtney the nurse was always on top of things and so caring with my grandmas care! She is now able to go home safe with everything she needs.
My dad had the best care while he was there. Everyone truly made him feel comfortable and happy. I can’t say enough about the place.
Wonderful staff that truly care. Would highly recommend
Everything was so wonderful for my mom after her hip surgery. They staff were so kind and the therapy really took their time with her. I truly appreciate everything they did
If I could give negative stars, I would. I am a nurse and this is one of the most unprofessional, uncaring, un-empathetic, unorganized facilities I have ever witnessed in my life. The nurse manager is extremely argumentative, unhelpful & an overall nasty person. She told my mom to set up a LakeTran account so that she could get to her doctor’s appointments, despite their facility stating they would take her to all her appointments. I feel extremely horribly for any patient at this facility who are not in their right mind & able to make decisions for themselves, or have anyone competent to be able to advocate for them. I have done more social work and case managing for my mom since her admission than the actual social worker/case manager. My mom was admitted here after a very long hospitalization. They claim that they will transport their residents to “ALL” their appointments, which is a lie. They took it upon themselves to pick and choose which appointments were important & claimed it was based on “what brought her to the hospital.” They then refused to set up transport for her to be direct-admitted to the hospital and only would call 911. I would not send a goldfish I won at the fair to this facility. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE AT ALL, YOU SHOULD NOT SEND THEM TO THIS FACILITY. 2/10/2026: I finally received a call back from the administrator, Amarylis. I was in class & called back when I was out. I left a message & she has yet to return my call. So their replies to all negative reviews with “please give us a call” to their main phone number are all illegitimate. UPDATE: The administrator Amarylis (goes by Maudie?) finally returned my call from 3 days prior. All she could say was “I’m sorry you feel this way” when confronted about her staff refusing to transport patients to their appointments & recommending the set up a LateTran Bus Account to take them to their appointments 🙃 Godspeed to any resident at this facility.

Best descision to bring my mother here for post surgery therapy! My mother was having some pretty intense issues with her blood pressure and I must say the nurse’s were amazing- especially Amy on night shift-between the constant checking on her, checking vitals, passing meds on time and when asked, even as simple as switching her ice packs and making sure she had plenty of fresh water! I also had a great amount of help from the higher-ups with understanding everything when it came time for her care conference along with the tremendous help with my mothers transfer home! Thank you Willoughby Post Acute, for taking such great care of my mother!

My uncle was a resident here for several years and received great care. Everyone was extremely friendly and compassionate. There were plenty of activities available for residents, and my uncle made some great friendships while he was there.

They lost my father’s teeth, this place looks nothing like the pictures, everyone looks miserable. Very very upsetting, he deserves better, actually everyone there does.

My mom had a great experience in the facility, the therapy department really went above and beyond to make sure she was safe to go. I really can’t say thank you enough.

I can’t believe this place is still open. My mother in law was there and received horrible care. She was left in soiled garments. You can’t find any one to help. The food was awful. When we requested her to be moved to another rehab, I was told it was my job to do that. Why do they even have the social worker there. She was condescending and refused to do her job. I thought this place improved over the years, it’s gotten worse. Do not bring your loved ones here, especially if they are immobile. Horrible place.

Horrific experience. Don’t send anyone here. They literally won’t even pick up the phone so you have no way to contact somewhere who is here. I called their management company and they gave me a number to another facility to speak to the regional VP who also didn’t have a voicemail. Absolutely horrific experience. Don’t put someone you love here. After bringing up the issues to the staff and director of the facility the following weekend the same issues occurred again with nobody answering the phone over the course of multiple hours.
I went there yesterday to visit my mom. Fortunately they moved her from the second floor that smelled and was dirty and hot to the first floor. She had to clean the toilet before she could use it in her first room. Her new room is better but not good enough. I had to go find someone to have that toilet cleaned as well. That’s disgusting! Her lunch tray sat there the whole time I was visiting. No one came to the room. When I went to leave the main door wouldn’t open. I had to find someone to get it opened. No one answers the phone at the front desk and if someone does finally answer they have to page a nurse in order for me to talk to my mom. Then the nurse never answers. My God! You need to do better!
Can’t visit after hours or on weekends if you’re disabled because the door clicker won’t work when the door is locked and they buzz you in Please fix your automatic door openers. The automatic door openers at the main door to exit and to the patio are both broken. It is not accessible to disabled people and patients
