The acute was wonderful with my mom she was there in August everyone was great from the top getting her there to the maintenance keeping the place (room) clean and vacuumed. Even talked to her Dr. there who also listened to her while she was there she was complaining about dizziness and, he lowered her blood pressure pills. The physical therapy team was awesome in listening to her and helping even transportation driver was great too. He got her to her Dr appointment on time and picked her up on time like he was in the waiting room waiting on her when her appointment was over when does that happen. Would have give all 5 stars but, had to take off for the food not that great I had to bring my mom food in with me sometimes. But other than that I recommend the WILLOUGHBY POST ACUTE to any and, everybody and, that’s FACTS.❤️❤️
My grandfather is receiving care at Postacute Willoughby where the nursing staff and physical therapy have been so wonderful and attentive to his needs. Everyone has been great at communicating his plan of care and goals. The transition between staff has been seamless and everyone is on the same page. The facility is clean and room always has nice staff who keep it well kept. I couldn’t be happier to know he is in good hands and one step closer to going home because of the excellent care. They really make you feel like your care is their top priority. Thank you!

Parent is in the facility now. Pros: no foul odors upon entry. Lobby furniture is clean. Desk staff look at phone rather than acknowledge my entry. Asked for assistance with changing my parent. Flippant nurse said, we’ll be there when I asked for aid. 60 min later, Noone came. I had to do it myself and it was hard. Don’t bother responding under this message. We basically have to have family members present on all 3 shifts or loved one would sit in soil for hours. Unfair. I’d like to trust this staff in my absence but it’s kind of hard. Clean, but unattentive

Employee ignore visitors food is mush,,lazy employees rather talk to each other than work
